Once again we have been able to obtain such a beautiful Jaguar MK5 DHC for sale. This time a right hand drive car with manual gearbox.
In August 1950 this Jaguar was shipped as a left hand drive car to Jaguar dealer Hornburg in America. This was one of 577 build as left hand drive. In 1990 the car was bought by the Englishman Willy O’Donell. He started a restoration that would take many years. During this restoration, he also converted it into a right-hand drive car. An comprehensive restoration file with a lot of correspondence, photos and invoices is available, that shows that this did not happen overnight. In total, the works took him 10 years to complete.
The current owner purchased the car in 2020 with the intension to use the car for weddings. It never came to this, which means that we can now offer this beautiful car at an extremely attractive price.
